Junior Coaching

The club values very highly its youth development which is underpinned by a junior coaching programme by Suzanne Horner and Tom Bamford. Sessions take place throughout the year on Saturday mornings between 9:30am till 10:30am by Tom Bamford. Coaching for juniors is also available throughout the week on a one-to-one basis.

Senior Coaching

Senior coaching is available on an ad hoc basis at a variety of levels. Session times can be flexible and coaching can assist if you are transitioning from Squash to Racketball, or visa versa. Or why not get a refresher on your technique to iron out those niggles to improve your game and help you reduce court movements whilst getting to more shots!

Senior coaching is available with Tom Bamford Level 2 Squash Coach on Saturday mornings from 10:30am till 12 noon every week.

Team Training

Team training is a great way to improve your squash skills, technique and to socialise with fellow team members. Team training is hosted by Tom Bamford Level 2 Squash Coach every Thursday evening from 8:10pm for one hour.

Schools Coaching

Groups from local schools and colleges use the Club regularly. At these times the courts available to members are limited, although at least two courts are always open for members. Any new schools wishing to use the facilities should contact the Club via the Contact us page or email Please note that the Club requires the attendance of a member of staff throughout these periods.
